This Father’s Day, we honor the lasting influence and the steadfast guidance of father figures everywhere. We asked dads within the Texas Partners Bank network to share their personal mission of fatherhood and the lessons they have taught their children along the way.

What is your personal mission as a father?
To raise kind, productive members of our community through love, structure, and good experiences.
What is one value or lesson you have instilled in your children as they’ve grown up?
Family is the most important thing in life (along with God). In good times, and bad, your family will always be there for you.

What is your personal mission as a father?
To teach my children to demonstrate honesty, humility, and responsibility in everything that they set out to do.
What is one value or lesson you have instilled in your children as they’ve grown up?
That to be successful, they should set high goals, be hardworking and make positive choices.
